I have just watched the first episode of 'Tec Gear, featuring
Jer'Clark Holmes,
Dr John Hamster Watson
and the other Holmes, May-Croft.

I am now going to watch the other two episodes while I wait for Special Medicine to arrive.....

...are just complete tossers!
The sneaked in the start of StarTrek Enterprise Series 4 last Friday.
Which I only noticed when I watched a DS9 from that week. Yesterday.
Part 1 of a 2 part episode, part 2 *this* Friday.
And there appear to be no repeats of it.
Not that I can find indicated. Virgin's website is UTTER SHITE as far as finding when programmes are on.
I'm vexed.

Anyone know if it's downloadable from anywhere?

In the last week, I think, my reception of ITV1/2/3 has gone up from "no signal / fuzzy" to "watchable and recordable".
Any other victims of the moist aether noticed a similar change?

Watched the last 2 of the 6 part "spooks : code 9" series back to back.
I was on the edge of my seat, although I'm easily pleased.
Did the girly agent die? did the 2nd bomb go off? the teasing swines in tellymakingland!!

When *did* people begin this fashion for calling a 'trailer' for a programme just a 'trail'.

No spoilers.
I was quite pleased by episode 2. It seemed to have plot and drama without any snogging being needed. I must play it again and check you wrote it. They can wrote more, for me!

Having seen assorted posts by [livejournal.com profile] binidj and [livejournal.com profile] wulfboy I thought I'd say stuff as well.
I was going post under the generally very reasonable comments here but thought I'd do my own thang.

There's a time and place for everything.
This is Torchwood, I'd like geektastic sci-fi, not sexual padding scenes between whichever gender/specie/software release.

I'm happy for non-WASP relationships to be portrayed representitively in programmes about people. In fact I'd pay good money to see Ian Beale get buggered by Grant Mitchell. But that has nothing to do with my sexuality.

I have almost seen the first two episodes, but *%$£$%£**ing BBC2 and their approximate transmissions vs. my PVR only adding a minute each side means that in both cases I missed the last [unknown but short time period] I suspect it may repeat, although I'm not sure I'm to caring. Perhaps it grows on one?

It *is* a sitcom right?
Made on the cheap by some blokes who buy from charity shops?

And, what's this - a "none Saxon/Norman gentleman" as a senior member of the castle staff.
PC vs HC ?
